Light summer (tax policy) beach reading

Last year it was Barbie summer and my 11-year-old reading this excellent history of Eisner v Macomber aloud to me on the beach in preparation for oral arguments in Moore v US.

Honestly, I can think of a few justices who would benefit from his understanding of the plain language meaning of the 16th Amendment. Just saying.

This summer is BRAT and writing this fun take down of tax policy malarkey published by the Wall Street Journal.

Be one of the cool kids like Robert Reich and retweet here

It’d be so brat, no cap.
